+The breakfast was very good. The location is good.
−There were ants in the room. The bathroom door would not stay shut and came off several times.

「Wholey acceptable.」
+The location is great. You're within walking distance of a lot of attractions. Value is seemingly good for the area, I only booked a month out. The breakfast is pretty solid. Room service will change your bedding, take out trash, and used towels daily.
−-Noisey. -There was a faint smell in my room only noticeable at certain times, and I could quite figure out what the cause was. -There's a liquor store attached to the motel. It may very well be mentioned in the listing, but I may have chosen a different place to stay had I noticed. -Room could use a thorough cleaning, but it wasn't horrible.

+Location and a pretty good hot breakfast.
−The exterior of buildings and sidewalks needs deep cleaning and fresh paint. Furniture in the rooms was damaged and the cushioned chair was severely stained. The floors needed to be mopped better and even though they have a no pet policy, we found numerous cat toys underneath the bed. The ice machines had mold and mildew all over them.

−The walls, the floor, the doir, toom inside were dirty, the building deteriorated, crashed cars in parking lot, the chair inside was stripped of fabric and dirty, the place is horrible, the plants all around were dead
