Reservations, payments and booking help
We send your booking confirmation after the property or our booking supplier confirms the reservation. A payment authorization alone does not confirm a booking.
For prepaid partner bookings, our travel payment partner collects your payment. For a pay-at-property rate, the property collects the stated amount. Check the payment schedule and any separately payable taxes before booking. Direct partner bookings follow the payment terms shown at checkout.
Utter L.L.C-FZ runs myhoteloffers.com and handles booking inquiries. Our team coordinates reservation, payment and cancellation problems with the booking supplier or property. The property provides your stay and handles arrival arrangements and on-site services. Contact us through the contact page with your booking reference for a booking problem.
Support is available 24/7 through our chat, messages on your booking, and support@myhoteloffers.com. If check-in is today, include your booking reference and check-in time. Response times vary by issue.
