「Für Familien völlig ungeeignet」
+Sehr gutes Frühstück, perfekte Lage, freundliches Personal

+I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect and superb, everything was so convenient. Special thanks for the delicious breakfasts and the lovely Garden Cafe, which has a wonderful atmosphere. Also, the service at the reception was excellent; the staff was very welcoming, helpful, and professional.
−However, I was very disappointed with the massage service. The specialist arrived 20 minutes late. Then, she informed me that the 55-minute massage would only last 50 minutes because she needed 5 minutes to prepare for the next client. To my shock, after just 30 minutes, she abruptly stopped, said the massage was over, and left the room. Once I was already fully dressed, she returned, constantly apologizing, and said she had mixed up the time and that I still had 25 minutes left. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. This was not a relaxing massage experience at all; instead, it was a story of lateness, non-stop apologies, and a complete lack of professionalism.
