「Needs work」
+Honestly there was little that could be liked, it is a low budget hotel that could use an update. I can start from the parking to the room both were not pleasant.
−I would not recommend staying here. The parking area for rooms 100-118 felt unsafe, and the room itself was poorly maintained. The bathroom door handle was broken and coming apart, the shower leaked water, and the mattress had numerous stains. The pillows were dirty, and even the towels provided were stained or appeared unclean. To make matters worse, the walls were paper-thin. You could clearly hear the upstairs tenants talking and yelling, making it difficult to enjoy any peace and quiet. And be prepared for bugs. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and general condition of the property were extremely disappointing. Guests should not have to deal with these conditions when paying for a place to stay. Management seriously needs to address these issues.

「Toccoa Motel is for you if your desperate and in need ONLY」
+The location was paramount for what I needed it for.
−It's a non smoking situation, but as soon as me and my 4 year old child walked into the room, we were welcomed by the overwhelming smell of cigarettes and weed. Upon further inspection, literally everything was bad about this room. The beds themselves were disgusting with unknown stains (Both) Both lamps in the room (including lamps shades) were holding on for dear life. One of the lamps was literally put together with a bottle cap. The dresser drawers we warped and barely secured. The walls were dirty. As soon as I turned on the A/c I was happily blasted with a mildew and air freshener mix... the only silver lining is that when brought to the attention of the manager, I was issued an immediate FULL refund. We all know they normally take the first day. What concerns me, is that there was a regular staff member/housekeeper that I initially was talking to as the property manager walked up and when I said it smelled like cigarettes and dope, she immediately shouted " oh, it must be because of so and so next door"... it's normal for this property apparently.

「Great stay」
+The room was good the staff are amazing and very respectful and over all the price of the room was good considering other motels/hotels and their outrageous prices

「Roaches. Bed bugs. Mold. Cigarette smell in room and bed. Burn sheets. Dirty towels.」

−Everything. This place is disgusting and should be shut down immediately! The rooms are terrible. Worst experience ever! Ran out of there and found another place. DON'T RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! 🤢🤮

「Very hot, unclean, and lowd.」
+Nothing. At least there was running water I guess. And the ceiling light turned on.
−The light in the bathroom did not work, so a very broken lamp had been set up in there. There were many bugs in the room. When I first got to the room, the temperature inside was about 85 degrees, and the thermostat was barely working. When it did work, it would make an awfully loud continuous cracking snapping ringing noise, but not actually change the temperature in the room. The sheets were horribly stained, and the floors and walls were also very dirty. No toilet paper in the bathroom, aside from a clump stuck to the wall.

−L'isolation est une catastrophe. La lavabo tient sur un bout de bois. Le climatiseur n'était pas fixé et a laissé du jour tout autour, on pouvait voir dehors. Le meuble était déglingué.
「I've stayed in worse...it was cheap and I got what I paid for.」
+There was hot water, unlike the last time I stayed in Toccoa. When I arrived, I was given a room with two beds, even though it was just me. The hotel was located extremely close to where I was meeting a friend for lunch the next morning.
−I requested a non-smoking room, and when I walked in, the stench of smoke hit me like a wall. There was no place to hang clothes or put luggage. The shower was tricky to operate, but I did figure it out and was able to get hot water.

−Heater was mouse infested. Maintenance was shoddy, for example wall repairs were not painted and electrical cover did not fully cover opening.
