「An excellent experience」
+The staff, the place, the ambience, the food! Everything! Full score to Vaishnavi at the reception for being such a sweetheart and great help throughout the stay...a big shout out to Chef Abhishek for the incredible food and also for sharing his trademark oats upma recipe with me! Gratitude to the staff (sorry I forgot her name ) at Dum restaurant who suggested the Chicken Makhana Korma and Brownie with icecream, and also took great care of my spice intolerance by customising the food...I had an amazing time...was able to read books, stroll in the verdant lawns and enjoy nature within a hotel infrastructure was phenomenal!
−Everything was likeable!

「Despite being an excellent property, getting a peaceful sleep at night is not possible here..」
+The staff is very courteous. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
−We have stayed at Centrum thrice and every time faced the same problem. The rooms are not soundproof and couldn’t sleep at night due to people talking in the corridor in the middle of the night. Had to call the hotel staff many times but they were unable to help.
