「Should be renamed “The Last Resort, Don’t Extrnd Your Stay”」
+Location was great, everything is right there next to you, fast food, department stores, water park, casino, etc.
−Facilities are run down, rooms are dirty and need deep cleaning, grease in the walks, carpet stained and nasty, mattress very dirty and the cover worn out, sink 6-8” into the old mattress and feel every spring, laundry room dryers took three cycles to dry because the vent hoses are 50’ long and coiled behind the machines, door locks and latches are busted up, construction on the road in front has people using the parking lot as a detour resulting in dangerous non resident traffic driving through like it’s a highway. Too many incidents with domestic violence, door slamming and disrespectful tenants not honoring quiet time. 3 of 13 nights sleepless due to 2 to 6 am door slamming and shouting and drug addict pacing above me.

「Kudos… keep up the great work !」
+Helpful staff (Jackie) very friendly and she was more than accommodating even after a few hiccups. Door malfunction, network issues resulting in computer not able to process my conf # or take payment by card the suburban studios employee stayed cool calm and collect and all the while keeping a smile on her face making light of the situation. Exhausted from long drive up from North Carolina Jackie handled me the 1st time customer of Suburban Studios like a professional. Following morning I was created by management and once again treated so plea-sent I decided to stay over for the rest of the week.
−No pool at this location as
