「Family? Look no further...」
+This is the ideal aparthotel for someone with a young family. Ourselves, with 3, found great comfort in the w beds. The room was exceptionally clean, attentive staff, as well as great and reasonably priced room service. The daily buffet, although not as big as some other hotels, has more than enough of what you need and you can tell it caters to lots of nationalities.
−There was only 1 issue where at the spa I could hear the manager berate another worker quite loudly, leaving the reception desk unattended and myself having to listen very awkwardly. It was not a nice way for someone to be spoken to and unprofessional. I had raised this on my exit, and was assured they would look into it. The biggest problem is that they have set such a high standard other the hotel we have gone to (in another country) cannot compare!

「Top」

「Excellent hotel with incredible service!」
+We stayed at the Steigenberger Doha twice within 5 weeks as we traveled to Europe from Australia and back, spending a night in Doha both ways. The hotel and staff exceeded our expectations, it was magnificent. Form the moment you walk in, the staff is friendly and helpful and can't do enough for you. The family room that we had was very spacious and had a kitchen, lounge and two bathrooms which was fantastic for our family of 5. The room was clean, had comfortable beds and had great amenities. We used the hotel pool as well which was a wonderful way to escape the Doha summer heat. We also had breakfast at the hotel, it was a very extensive selection of food, catering for different tastes and cultures. There was so much on offer! Staff in the restaurant were also very friendly and helpful. As we had an early evening flight on our day of departure, the management kindly allowed us to keep the room well into the afternoon at no extra cost which is exceptional service. We plan to travel via Doha again and will definitely stay at the Steigenberger Hotel when we do. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Doha or visiting the city.
