「Didn't stay at this property it smelt too bad, so I had to leave and go to a different property.」
+I did not like anything about this property. First problem was the check-in situation was awful.I have stayed in many of hotels.I have never had to go through the c*** that I went through to check in with this place. When my son and I opened the door to the room we were immediately hit with a God awful smell in this room. It smelt moldy and smelt, like straight up Clorox, it was very strong. And the floors We're nasty , they're coming apart and they were dirty and sticky i was very upset about this. Here it was after midnight , when we got checked in and i call around and found another hotel to stay at. So we did not stay at this property so I would like to get my deposit back and a refund.Because we have to stay at another property because we could not stand a nasty smell.I have asthma in the first place 336-464-5059

Com problem this is a property problem. I am a requesting to have a refund sent back in my deposit sent back please
