「Muy buena」
+La atención es muy buena, el desayuno completo y abundante Nos tocó una habitación muy silenciosa Se puede descansar muy bien Está cerca de todo para visitar caminando
−El colchón
+Staff was kind , accommodating and helpful. Facilities were bery good - hot shower, a little refrigerator in the kitchen. In fact there's an electric stove there too and even a TV. The room was good size - double + single bed, separate kitchen Although location is central the rooms patio are in the back side of the street so it quiet 24/7. Very nice breakfast - fruite ,yogurt, eggs, bread, jam coffee and juice.
−Breakfast is served between 07:30-08:30. A bit tight. Would have been perfect for me they'd extend to 09:30. I slept on the 2nd floor and there is very little isolation between the 3rd and 2nd floor. I could here the walking , talking, TV etc... The people were not noises so it wasn't so bad but I can imagine if the guesthouse is full it could get noisey.

「Good for staying couple of days」
+The property was located 4 blocks away from Parque Calderon, close to shops, restaurants. The staff were helpful, friendly and, polite. Everyday they cleaned my room. The big TV screen was a good addition. Their full breakfast was delicious, eggs, fresh fruit juice, bread, hot chocolate, yogurt, mixed fresh fruit and tea. I liked the complementary water.
−They gave me a room with a really small window and angle shaped roof over the bed. My check out date was on Monday…I was surprised not breakfast was offer to me even though breakfast was included with my reservation. No one told me about it I was counting on that because my bus was booked at 9am so I traveled without food. Also, they don’t have heater.

「Exceptional location in historic city center, very comfortable and great value」
+Exceptional location in the heart of the historic city center, just a few minutes walk from the cathedral. Room 1 has a super contemporary modern bathroom with Florida ceiling, architectural tile, glass, shower, and huge “rainforest@ disk showerhead. Room furnishings are ample, with big screen TV, locking refrigerator/freezer, locking nightstands, Café table with chairs, armoire. Ample hot water Very nice ample hot breakfast served in the courtyard each morning. The host Anderson is exceptional, as are all of the staff.
−Rooms don’t have heating and nights are sometimes nippy. Bed has a comforter and a blanket, though. Free parking is a couple blocks away, and the hotel is on a one lane one-way historic cobblestone street, so stopping in front of the hotel to unload bags is not an option. The buildings in the historic city center are well over 100 years old, so this just comes with the territory, to be honest. A hotel employee drove with us a couple blocks to the parking, and then helped carry our luggage the couple blocks back to the hotel.
「Lugar acogedor cerca de la catedral de Cuenca.」
+Excelente atención, nos ayudaron con las maletas y el desayuno estuvo genial nos prepararon comida típica de Cuenca 😋

「Seems more suitable to long-term rather than short stays」
+Easy to find, good location, friendly staff, quiet.
−First day there was no breakfast as advertised, which sort of threw off my day. Apparently there was some emergency. They worked very hard to make up for it the next day 👍. Though the room was a mini-suite with small kitchenette, there were absolutely no utensils, cookware, plates, bowls, or cups, making it pretty much useless. The mini fridge worked, which I needed, so that was handy.
