+had a truly horrible and uncomfortable experience during my stay. There was a strong and unpleasant sewage smell coming from the toilet drainage, which made the room extremely uncomfortable and difficult to stay in. I immediately contacted reception and informed them about the condition of the room. However, the receptionist’s response was disappointing. I was simply told that they could not change my room and that there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. As the situation remained unresolved, I subsequently sent an email raising my concerns. Only after receiving my email did someone come to inspect the room. I was later informed, at approximately 9:30 pm, that an alternative room could be provided. However, by that time, it was already quite late at night, and I declined the offer. I am extremely disappointed with the way this matter was handled. Guests should not have to endure such unpleasant conditions, and basic customer service should involve taking immediate action to address legitimate complaints. I believe this experience fell well below the standard of accommodation and customer service that any guest should reasonably expect.

+Central location, easy walk to most of the highlights. Washer/drier machine a bonus as able to do a wash whilst staying. Lots of food options nearby. Staff were helpful.
−A bit dated and horrible concrete walls. Limited space in the car park, $15 per night. Local parking 50 metres away. Room quite small but OK for a one night stop.

「Fantastic apartment for a little home away from home.」
+The room was exceptionally clean, very impressed. The kitchenette was well stocked with all the things that would make it useful away from home. The location was ideal - we could walk everywhere. The staff were friendly and helpful.
−The bathroom vanity was a little on the small side.

+This property is in an ideal location and just a short walk around the corner to the main restaurants and bars. The rooms are well appointed and exceptionally clean and modern.
