+We had a very pleasant stay in many aspects. The staff was incredibly accommodating and managed to check us in early because our room was already prepared, which we highly appreciated after our journey. The room itself was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and offered a beautiful view. Additionally, the location of the hotel is excellent and very convenient for getting around. Overall, a great experience with the room and hospitality!
−I would like to share a warning for future guests traveling with debit cards. Even though my 4-night stay at Pullman Bucharest World Trade Center was fully prepaid, the hotel required a substantial deposit upon check-in to cover potential incidental charges. Unfortunately, because I used a debit card, this policy resulted in all my available funds being frozen, which left me in a very difficult position during my trip without access to my money. While I understand that hotels need to secure guarantees for extra services, the lack of flexibility and clearer communication about how this affects debit card holders was disappointing. The funds take days or even weeks to be released by the banks, which can easily ruin a guest's travel experience. The hotel itself has good standards, but I highly recommend future guests to clarify the deposit amount in advance or strictly use a credit card to avoid having their personal funds locked up.

「Excelent」
