+Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet.

「Good」
+Place is very pretty, rooms are great and spacious nice restaurant with delicious dinner options and the waiter provided a great service.
−There's no one at the reception to welcome you or a bell or directions of what to do to call someone. We were told about breakfast will be a la carte so we could choose whatever we want, went for breakfast and choose avocado toast ( avo, benedict eggs and ham) bread was completely cold so we had to request to toast it, and the eggs were completely hard, very dissapointing. We add to the order home panckakes and we got fried bread with nutella which is ok but we were expecting pancakes. When we went to pay, we were overchaged and I questioned it, the group of waiters at the bar were telling us the prices displayed on the menu is from last year, but if it was a big deal for me to pay the actual price, they could cover it, which I found very unprofessional and rude, I request to talk to a supervisor but no supervisor on site (it seems there is no staff in the hotel if you don't go to the restaurant) after a little chat about that, the kind waiter who served is respected the price, as it has to be. Our fridge was dirty.

+Very good facility new and modern
−We arrived at 11 okay we were late but as soon as the guy checked us in he immediately left with the car and the hotel was completely alone no one was there we were searching for some water and there was nothing opened or no one at the reception which we find a bit odd. Breakfast very poor but good quality.

−Alles perfekt
