「Did the job but I wouldn't go back」
+The tea lounge room, the peacocks roaming around and the location
−Really bad value for money, service was not what you expect from a 4 stars hotel. The hotel itself doesn't look like a 4 stars, it is completely outdated and could do with some refreshment. The food from the bar and the restaurant was bad, to the point that we cancelled our afternoon tea to avoid further disappointment

+There was a real fire in the foyer which has armchairs beside to read a book. The peacocks were a lovely surprise. Nicest pool I have seen in a hotel like this, good size, lovely lighting. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
「Lovely Manor House would stay again 🧡」
+The property was a beautiful setting and loved seeing the nature of the birds We stayed in the suit and only thought needs a little TLC in decor Bed was comfy thinking needs options of different pillows
−The Spa is very dated and felt little cold ,, steam & Sauna was not as thought for a luxury Manor House, some of your staff friendly only not felt like they welcomed you ,, younger staff need more training Only we had a pleasant stay, definitely needs updating decorating
「Perfect relaxing getaway」
+Clean, lovely rooms, lovely pool, good food for kids (although a little pricey), lovely grounds, friendly helpful staff

+Large rooms, excellent leisure facilities.
−Reception staff member was very unhelpful when I needed to extend my stay for work, tried to charge me double the previous rate so I booked elsewhere only to see it on here for the same rate I’d paid previously.

+Comfy rooms, nice seating areas and grounds and staff
−Breakfast wasn’t the best, not loads of options, pool area a bit dated

+Have stayed at this hotel several times And will keep going back I always have a lovley time
「Over-rated : Overpriced : a bit of a joke!」
+Grounds are great.
−Staff communication was an issue. Reservation for dinner made with front desk never passed to restaurant. Breakfast staff were fabulous but dinner waiters knew nothing about the food they were serving. Room was adequate for an overpriced small suite which was noisy due to poor plumbing and where light bulbs did not work. It was unusual to find staff letting themselves into our room while we were in bed!

「Could do better Nothing special about this place Dissappointing」

−Some areas were tired looking and dreary Room cold faulty heating Spa needs a refurbishment Some staff not very friendly/ helpful No information about local attractions or how to use the heating control in the room

「A good stay loved feeding the peacocks the staff were lovely nothing was too much trouble.」
+The breakfast was very good a bit long standing on the cooked on the Saturday. Sunday much better Individual served on the monday. Lovely fresh and hot.
−I didnt like the smell in our room they sorted it on arrival i had to tell them again on the sunday no change. Still foul smell coming up from sink. I didn't like no toilet brush in the bathroom. I like to leave a clean toilet behind me.
