+飯店位置很好，鬧中取靜，旁邊旗桿公園可以散步
−飯店如果提供室內拖鞋會更貼心（亞洲人很需要）

+Breakfast was great.
−Next time I will ask for a room with a view. All we could see was a brick wall. After my first stay at the hotel I commented to the staff how everything was perfect and that I will be back. He said that the next time I visit and stay that there will be a surprise gift. Ive been twice since and still no gift. Im wondering what it was that I have missed out on. Should I have asked for the gift when I checked in. If so can you let me know because I will have at least three more bookings mext year for the Pegasus hotel.

「A very pleasant stay - Thank you.」
+The location suited our trip. The staff were professional and courteous, and they appeared to be aware of our arrival. The dining room staff were polite and capable. The breakfast was well prepared and fresh. The room was very clean, and the facilities were functional and contemporary. All in all, it was a very nice stay. Recommended to fellow travellers
−Nothing detected.

+There was a lot to like. The location was good as it meant a little walk to get to the venue of my conference but not too far. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was lovely with crisp, clean bed linen and a lovely you onto an older Melbourne building. All members of the team were pleasant and helpful.
−I would have ranked our overall experience higher but the TV connection was very poor. Usually this wouldn't worry me too much but as I was here on business and my husband spent long periods by himself it took away from the experience.

「Great location, shame about the noise」
+Location, room facilities, staff helpfulness
−Our room was very noisy around the clock. It sounded like a washing machine (or some other electro-mechanical process) was operating above us at all hours.
