「Banking theft of the bond」
+Nice room and facilities
−I was explicitly told that the bond taken was to be refunded upon checkout. I now discover that it's going to Take 5 - 10 business days That's basically theft in the modern banking era very poor

+Concierge staff were really friendly. Offered options between a lower floor room that was further away from the lift, or a higher floor that was right beside the lift. We chose the lower floor option.
−The pool was under reno during our stay, so we used the steam room. Steam room needed 10 mins to heat up and even after activating it twice, it was not hot enough. Gym has many cardio machines but no free weight racks. Gym looks like it's from 1980s, dated. QT Perth's gym is a lot smaller but also a lot newer. Hence, I don't feel that the amenities matches the Pan Pac price tag. Location: it's a 22min-walk to the main street where restaurants/bars are. Bit far.

「Great stay in Perth」
+The location is great, close to Elizabeth Quay and Hay Street Mall. Decent business hotel with regular facilities as expected. Comfortable rooms.
−We had written via booking.com requesting connecting rooms and the hotel replied that they’ll try to accommodate but when we showed up for check-in they said that they’ll try hasn’t received the request. However, in the end they managed to get us inter-connected rooms.
