「Would stay again!」
+The location and the ambiance
+The location was nice, the lobby area was clean, and the staff was friendly. The lobby looked like a high-end hotel. At first glance the room looks nice. View of the river was good.
−The sink area is dark, and the fridge there is undesirable. There is plenty of cabinet space in the main area of the room to put the fridge in there. The cabinet around the fridge was falling apart. Hair was left on the bathroom floor by past guests. The shower door leaks so water goes on the floor. Looks like an ongoing problem because I could see where the water had caused that corner to rot. It has been caulked and painted. Just fix the leak! The bed was good the pillows were awful, really big, overstuffed and hard. None of this is a big deal, really; we were only there for one night.

+Very comfortable rooms and bed, updated, clean, modern yet small scale for the beautiful site. Amazing view! Highly recommend. Incredible value and only a short drive to center of town. Very friendly staff. Patrick was very accommodating!
−The main breakfast items, eggs, bacon/Sausage…substantial foods were finished by 9:30 when breakfast was served until 10am and they didn’t replenish them.

+They let us check in early. Mini fridge had freezer to keep ice packs frozen. Good size room. Nice view of Ogunquit River. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Good water pressure. Bathrobes, though we didn’t use
−Bathroom exhaust fan didn’t work. No bacon, ham or sausage w breakfast. Window was very dirty and cracked. Pillows were a little too thick. Water didn’t taste good.

「The faclity was in a great location, and I would try it agian.」
+Breakfast was a little disappointing with its little juice boxes and weak coffee. Otherwise, it was standard for most places.
−Not sure that I would couch my response to "not Like". There was no place to hang towels in the bathroom.
+Very clean. Lots of power outlets (a very positive with all the devices now) The staff put us in a handicapped unit due to my need for a walking stick. This made is very roomy.
−The only drawback was the lack of a table to eat at.

+The property is very clean! The rooms are so comfortable and clean. The breakfast is fair but enough to get you by for the morning. The coffee was delicious very good choices and even some flavored syrups. You can’t beat the views from the riverside rooms or from the dining room room. Stunning, especially at this time of year. The two pictures attached are from the room at the top of the stairs 140 gorgeous view every morning and every night!
−I didn’t like that they didn’t have an elevator. The stairs are way too much, especially for elderly people to get down to the lower rooms to have a beautiful terrorist room by the river, which is what I originally booked.

+Beautiful location!
−Breakfast was at 8:00a.m. A little late for us. But very nice. Coffee and tea with some snacks available 8-8. Nice!
