+Nothing
−No bathroom. Rooms should be $50 a night.
「Nash Hotel is a no nonsense hotel. Very basic but very clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.」
+The location is very close to UC Berkeley campus, BART station, and excellent restaurants. The staff is friendly. It is very reasonably priced.
−The facility is old but clean.

−Varias cosas me disgustaron: 1.

「It's not for everyone, but if you can vibe with a funky old Asian style 2-star hotel, it's great」
+Chinese owned hotel, old building, located in the middle of downtown Berkeley walkable for tons of food - Trader Joes, Shake Shack, McD, burgers, Thai, Greek, even Burmese -- Berkeley (and SF by extension) has amazing variety of authentic international food options of very good quality. Room had refrigerator/freezer, microwave and coffee maker. Next door was the Nash Chinese restaurant, open late. Soap, shampoo and drinking water were provided free. Iron and ironing board in the room. Staff was helpful. Two beat up working pianos in lobby. Very close to Downtown Berkeley BART station.
−Kinda musty overall. Many rooms have bathroom down the hall (a cheaper option). No A/C. Drink machine had warm sodas. A couple homeless folks on the sidewalk outside (non aggressive). King mattress I had seemed a bit worn out.
