「Nice hotel, but there were issues with Booking.com」
−Poor coordination with Booking.com. I arrived to find that the hotel had no record of my reservation. Per My Place, they never received the reservation from Booking.com. Thankfully, I had my confirmation information, and the hotel had a late cancellation, so there was a room available. After the fact, the hotel billed my credit card for my stay (at a higher rate), even though I had prepaid through Booking. It took a couple of phone calls to get it resolved. . . Somewhat disappointing overall.
