+Comfortable mattresses
−Shower/tub dirty and stained needed to be replaced as it had damage. Had to fill the tub with the showerhead as water would not flow out from the tap below, lever was broken and nasty hair in shower drain. There was no plug to fill the bath so had to go downstairs and we were given a plastic plug.

「Good value」
+Staff were very friendly and helpful. My kids had a great time swimming in the pool. (Happy that the pool is open later than some comparable places. I love having my kids be able to refresh with a swim after a long time on the road!) And whoever takes care of the lawn and rose bushes does a lovely job! It was fun to see vegetable plants mixed in with the purely decorative ones. :-)
−The chemicals in the pool water were pretty strong! It caused a few of us a little skin irritation. Still, that seems preferable to having nasty stuff growing in the water, so I’m not complaining too much!

「You get what you pay for.」
+The office worker was very pleasant. The room was clean. It had everything in it I needed.
−The noise off the freeway was disturbing. The sink was cracked. Much of the room looked old and needed freshening up. The bed was thin.
