「Great scenery but unfortunately terrible weather」
+Location,privacy and cleanliness.
−Maybe the house bin could do with an upgrade but nothing else was needed

「Great hotel - bit expensive but space was good」
+Location was good, only discovered Level 1 gives us walking access to cafes and restaurants. View was amazing! Access to parking was good and flexibility for visitors to park on level 1 helped with my knee injury.
−Room was a little dated, could be upgraded/modernised (our friends were in the room next door - their room has been refurbished). I have a knee injury and shorter than my husband - the jacuzzi/shower height didn't help and no screen to keep water in the tub.

「The stay was good」
−I didn't like having to step over the bath to get into the shower. It was slippery and a non slip mat would have been better. The mirrored cabinets in the main bathroom do not open enough to put things in. The door in the main bedroom was hard to open.
+Great sea view and comfortable room
+Location
−Both tv’s in the bedrooms didn’t pick up any stations.
「Relaxing stay」
+We loved the space, the facilities and the staff.
−Our stay was a long one. Some consideration of this with our room provisions would have been helpful - 8 days worth of tea, coffee pods, toilet rolls, rubbish bags, detergent and chux wipes upfront. Room servicing was great and just in time for some new towels. The kitchen was missing things we are used to in air bnbs such as pepper, salt. Just the things you don't want to take back with you on the plane home! To start with it felt like we were staying in someone else's house because these things were missing (more a DYI approach). This wasn't good considering the expense of the accommodation. This was a small thing but makes a big difference for a long stay.
「Excellent location - clean and comfortable」
+Excellent location Walking distance to restaurants/shops/beach spacious accomodation
−Beds too soft. Very windy once outside the apartment in the common areas strange layout/shape

「The view, the sound of the sea, beautiful warm pool and spa. Friendly, helpful staff. Exceptional manager. Loved our sta」
+So close to everything, sitting in the balcony listening to the waves. Good layout everything we needed.
−Nothing had the best stay
「Wonderful, the best spot at Mooloolaba.」
+Location, view and rooms are amazing. The most idlic central location in Mooloolaba.
−The person at reception was unecessarily curt and rude to my husband on our arrival. She made an assumtion that we wanted to check-in early saying, your room is not ready! I had previously communicated that we would like our luggage stored on arrival as we had an early flight. That is all we were hoping for. However, to off-set our unsettling arrival, we were contacted around 12pmto say our room was ready which was great.
