「Bellissima struttura!」

「Substandard accommodation and substandard service」
−Our room was in the ugly annex. We arrived at about 10pm and were expected to find our room unassisted in the dark. The hot water did not work reliably. It once went off altogether when my wife was in the shower. We got that fixed but the staff were entirely unapologetic. There was a lot of road noise. There is no air conditioning. We had a fan which helped but it would have been completely intolerable in really hot weather.
