+Very efficient as you can check in and settle your bill on line to prevent delays. Good location with plenty of parking. Good services around the hotel, such as bars, restaurants etc.
−The room was very spacious and clean but we had two beds pushed together and it wasn't very comfortable.

「Relaxing!」
+Bed was incredibly comfortable. Room was very clean. Had a lovely time reading my book and drinking a cup of coffee by the fire downstairs. The staff are truly lovely and such a pleasure to deal with from reception to catering. Breakfast was delicious!
−Bathroom was very well laid out with a lovely shower. However, the shower was lukewarm at best. We showered at different times (4 times) over the 24 hour stay and both had the same issue.
