「overall very good」
+room and breakfast
−My wife had a meal for dinner which was essentially just salad leaves and when mentioned to staff they agreed that it was not acceptable and another member advised that this had been taken from the bill.

「I has a real good stay at the hotel」
+Had excellent breakfast. The room was spotless clean and tidy lovely laid out.
−I didn't like the Restaurant in the evening. Service was way too slow and the waiter got my order wrong as I ordered a starter which I didn't get as was given the main coarse instead

「This is not 4 star accommodation.」
+Well presented rooms Clean bedding Large bed Good sized TV Tea and Coffee making Facilities Lovely autumn visual merchandising around hotel public spaces Restaurant Staff Lovely - special mention to Casper the restaurant duty manager for being very kind & accommodating.
−Dismissive & Rude Marketing Manager Lack of Communication from guest services (chased for a week with emails & phone calls) No water provided in bedrooms (even tho there is a mini fridge) Unable to lock the doors (warped door frame on 2 separate rooms) - had to place seats in front of door for safety. Broken toilet pusher in 1 room (had to disconnect from toilet to stop constant running water) Okay food, Pad Thai Tofu Noodles made with pasta... not noodles. 1 of 2 lifts broken. No AC in rooms. No fan provided. Terrible sleep from overheating. (& this is the end of October in Ireland - when it is cooler)

「Perfect holiday stay for families」
+Loved the staff, they were exceptional and worked very hard to ensure the guests were happy. Also the fact that there was a lot of staff working at any given time. The decor was stunning and bedrooms were gorgeous. Facilities for the children were excellent they were constantly engaged. Swimming pool was fab.
−It couldn't be helped but our room was a long walk from Reception. Other than that everything was perfect.
