「Good location free parking」
+Nice little hotel parking on-site rooms, little dated carpets, etc. very pleasant staff
−The room was a little cold on the arrival window open . Carpets are pretty stained in room i understand its an old hotel but pleasant staff friendly and homely.

−Rooms outdated, pillow case stained, small bathroom toilet not flushing correctly, windows old, panes perished and paint chipping, limited parking, poor lighting in room, cold room, hairdryer poor quality, owner did not acknowledge us on departure, Poor conditions overall

「Nice hotel right in the centre of Tralee.」
+A very centrally located hotel right in the heart of Tralee. Great for shopping & visiting the pubs. Friendly staff & a comfortable bed.
−Unfortunately a traditional breakfast was not available. Our room was located on the third floor & there is no lift at the hotel so we had to climb a few flights of stairs, not a problem for us but if you are elderly or are disabled you would have an issue.

−The room was absolutely freezing I had to leave at 8.30 in the morning as it was so cold I could not stay with cold any longer. The lockers and table were covered in dust

+Very comfortable stay in Tralee and very clean. The place is central and close to the shops.

+Lovely staff, especially young man with sore shoulder.
−unfortunately because we booked late they only had double bed and we ordered 2 single beds. So had to squash stretcher in.
