「Perfect Stay - Exceptional Service!」
+Exceptional stay! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the ambience of the hotel was wonderful. A special mention to Faizan and Javeed, as well as the rest of the staff, who were incredibly polite and helpful throughout my visit. Highly recommended!
−Nothing as everything was exceptional 👌

+The room was beautiful, and the entire hotel was spotless. This was the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! From the dosa to the chai, everything was delicious. You can tell how much care they put into their breakfast. If you love Indian food, don’t miss it!
「I would recommend all my friends to stay with them」
+Excellent place, staff are outstanding. Cudos to the team

「Overall stay was comfortable」
+Property looks new, clean and modern
−No activity at the hotel though we went during Dussera ,, outside space is very limited and no outdoor garden
+La literie, le rooftop, la musique
−Enfants qui jouent dans les couloirs, réactivité du personnel quand quelque chose est renversé, le système de buffet avec le risque sanitaire.

+Ibis is like a second home for us. We love to stay here, because it's pet friendly and it's better than other hotels in Mysuru.
−The team should take a more proactive and customer led approach. I called ibis 6-7 times to extend the stay of my wife after changing the checkout date on booking.com. Each time I was assured a call back, I was not called back each time. Next day I was told to make a new booking. To add a Cherry on the top, after notifying the team that my wife had left the wallet at home, they demanded that I pay around ₹5,500 on the spot previous day bill, and gave me two hours to do so. I had to make the trip from Bengaluru to Mysuru just to make the payment. I get it - policies matter. But customer service is about understanding circumstances. Not every policy has to be enforced, a little flexibility and communication go a long way and would have saved the time, hassle and unexpected inconvenience of this experience. I will keep on recommending ibis as I find it reassuring to know that women travelling alone at night can feel safe. However, when it comes to my own stays I will definitely think twice. Lesson learned: Money is important but the customer experience is even more so.

−Everything and everyone was excellent.
「Good stay, value for money, new property feel」
+Excellent property, pool and spa were the highlight, simply awesome. I was glad to get an upgrade to superior suite room which was spacious but the only catch was it felt very claustrophobic as there were no operational windows, so there was no feeling of fresh air at any time, this was a challenge especially during the peak night time. Staff was excellent, we also had dinner at the rooftop bar, it was very good but needs some more staff as only 1 girl was doing everything there, she was very good! Overall it was value for money, hopefully the staff is able to maintain the hygiene, our room 301 also had bad stench in the washroom area which needs to be checked.
−No fresh air in the room, bathroom was smelling(plumbing needs to be checked for bad stench)
