「Terrible hotel experience」
+1. They were quick to answer questions via booking after I made my reservation.
−1. I was waken up before 9 am by drilling so loud it could be heard a mile away, after asking reception what they can do about it, they told me they can't do anything and since it's past night quiet hours. It was 8:45. 2. Hotel was crazy expensive for the super low standard that it was. 3. Breakfest window was super short, 7 am to 9 am monday-friday and 7:30-9am Saturday Sunday. In any other hotel you can come later in the weekend, in this one you just can't come earlier. The worst thing of all is that the hotel was advertised as tournament hotel for the event lasting few days and running late into the night each day, so we couldn't eat breakfest even once. 4. Toilet smelled like septic tank from time to time. 5. Some of the staff was very unhelpful and acting like it's a huge pain in the ass to be asked normal questions. Some of them didn't speak English on a communicative level either. Overall terrible experience. Never again.
