+Customer service counts: The hotel contacted me (WhatsApp) to say that the rate I booked was too low, and they would not honor it. They said to contact OYO for any refund. I booked on Expedia (rate was the same on every booking website). Then, I received an email saying due to COVID, they were closing this hotel and offering me a stay at another OYO nearby. As a previous Airbnb host, and now a small business owner, the customer service was pretty appalling. If left us (driving to the hotel) to book another hotel, while we were charged by Expedia for the stay and 6 days later have not been refunded. As a business owner, I would have at least offered a solution instead of rudely informing the customer that the rate was too low and to seek a refund without any assistance.

+Way overpriced for basically an old and run down hotel. What I was told is there are really no good hotels in Chelem. I think I agree!
