「We were twice locked into the hotel. That’s unacceptable for safety and other reasons.」
+The location was good, the rest ranged from unacceptable to underwhelming.
−We were twice locked into the hotel, once for only a minute or two but the second time for about 7 minutes. They lock the hotel when helping another guest with parking, presumably as a security measure. But it’s absolutely unacceptable to trap other guests inside of the hotel, and there are many other ways to address security issues. The WiFi only worked sporadically and, while we were warned you only got about 10 minutes of hot water (for a room of three) but it was really on three or four minutes.

「Descanso」
