「最高、また利用したい」
+日本人の女性が経営なさっていてとても安心して泊まることができました。初めて海外旅行で不安がたくさんあったが丁寧な対応で分からないこと全て教えてくださった。
−強いて言うならホテルの場所がいいところにあるため夜少し外から声が聞こえた。ただ11時までには聞こえなくなるため、私は気にならなかった

+This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at during my three years in Europe. Its location is excellent,just a 12-minute walk from the train station and within walking distance of many major attractions. The rooms are spotlessly clean; although the bathroom is shared, it caused no inconvenience whatsoever. The owner is constantly cleaning, ensuring everything remains pristine. We arrived at 10:00 PM, and the owner was there waiting for us,we are truly grateful for that. They also offer luggage storage after checkout. The hotel features a charming, vintage European style that we absolutely loved. I highly recommend it to everyone!
+Friendly and helpful staff. They gave us great tips on areas to explore beyond the typical tourist spots. Good location, close to the action.
−I've stayed in other un-air conditioned hotels that provided a room fan--that would have been helpful here.
「Ideal place to stay for 1-2 nights in central Florence」
+To be clear, I have no idea why this property has such a low star rating - it’s very good! Located in a fantastic location and has extremely friendly and accommodating staff. We had a large room too, with plenty of storage to hang up clothing and accessories. You can also store your baggage before or after you check in.
−There were a few very small things that really don’t impact your stay especially if only there a night or two but are worth noting. To confirm there wasn’t a TV in our room (not a massive deal, but worth saying) and the door to our room had two glass panels on it that, during the night, the hall light would stream through. We turned the light off but then other people going to there rooms would turn it back on. The WiFi also a touch patchy in places.

「Wonderful location, staff, and facilities」
+I was upgraded to a nicer room free of charge. The location is wonderful, central, yet quiet. Staff is helpful, kind, and responsive.

−Shared toilet & shower can be a hassle depending on other guests, but isn’t a deal breaker & is reflected in the price.
