+On this specific date my family and I encountered what I can only describe as a horrific , unpleasant traumatizing experience , my son had an emergency which led us to have to step out of the hotel room early morning at 10:58 am to buy a change of clothing for my nephew leading us to be late to our check out by an hour and a half , we are fully aware and understand the rules and guidelines and have always been compliant except on today’s occasion. +Glad they are a pet friendly place to stay. The connecting restaurant and the area between the restaurant and the hotel can use some cleaning up. Restaurant used to be one of the finest in the area, but seems to be run down somewhat.
