「It was nice clean and well maintained!」
+Clean rooms and facilities.
−Stairs to get into the building made it difficult with suitcases. Plus no carts to assist with moving teams in and out.

+The hotel location is excellent for walking to Ogunquit. The room size is excellent.
−We were not happy with the TV. There was no info on how to use nor were we able to access programs we wanted to watch.

「Disappointed that room smelled of marijuana despite being a non smoking facility. Front desk staff remediated the issue」

「Overall good accommodation in a good location. Free coffee and tea available in lobby while you wait」
+Close to shops, cafes, beaches and restaurants. 1.4 km to walk to central Ogunquit or catch trolley for $5. Good coffee machine (pods/capsules) in each room. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Room at back quiet as located away from main road.
−Room was dark with only small window for daylight. My check-in person was friendly and polite but did not explain specific details and procedures important for a visitor from overseas staying at the property.

+Location and ammenities (including indoor and outdoor pools open until 10pm). Can walk (1.4km) or catch trolley ($5) to centre of Ogunquit and also main beach (2.2km).
−Rooms at back of property away from highway are very quiet and relaxing but dark due to large trees blocking daylight.

「Facilities were clean, staff not helpful.」
+The location was good,and the trolleys run right in front of the hotel.
−The desk staff was not cooperating with our pricing reduction requests. Didn’t seem to care when we told him w e won’t be staying there again.
+Breakfast was great.
−Only issue is stairs...so many stairs. We were in a separate building which made using the primary location required a lot of stairs.
