+Well placed for tees valley in a aafe area with walks and facilities within a few mins by car. Spotlessly clean, nicely furnished, comfy bed with lively linens

「Clean property and Friendly Hosts」
+The hosts John and Elle, were very friendly and welcoming. John helped me to figure out how to get the shortest way to the hospital where I needed to go. The room was clean and had enough towels. Elle offered me a cup of tea on my first day of stay, as I was rushing to go to the hospital, which I really liked. You get your own private room and bathroom. The property is about 10-12 minutes walking to the hospital.

「Brilliant in every way」
+New and very clean. Comfy bed and delightful hosts.
−Google maps sent me to the wrong location because the estate is so new. Visitors should search for Middlesborough sports village.
