「1 star rating and will never return. Maybe worth $50 a night.」
+The Indian manager in the morning was nice
−Not at all worth anywhere near $200 a night (at best $50 a night). The rating for this place is far too high. Every time I showered the fire alarm would go off from the steam. The bedsheets and mattress cover had holes and stains. The room didn’t receive housekeeping every day. The room itself was dirty and dusty. Lots of things were broken and in disrepair (AC buttons broken, bedside lamp didn’t work, lamps shades themselves were broken and bent). Bathroom door latch doesn’t work Morning desk associate asked me to change rooms because my room has issues and wasn’t supposed to have someone in it (likely placed in it night before because they sold out my reserved room and didn’t have space as the late night desk associate swore when setting up the room)? Morning desk associate told me I could deal with the change of luggage when I came back from town later at night. The late night associate didn’t want to assist in that process. Claimed the room change needed to happen in the morning and couldn’t happen at night. Then claimed the hotel had no rooms for the swap (while simultaneously selling the “last” room to the person behind me and while also having availability listed online). He

−The way they handle business, I told the person behind the counter I had a reservation and that I had paid on Booking.com and he said I have to pay and paid the same amount. The prices change depending on the time or day.
