「Staff excellent, other than that ok」
+Location, but disappointed you had to pay for parking considering the cost of rooms. I would have expected some discount
−Only two teabags in the room, plus no fridges

「Excellent central Bath hotel 👍」
+The Hotel is in the centre of Bath and close to shopping, bars, good restaurants and the Rugby Ground. The hotel sits on top of a car park (£18 per 24hrs). The hotel is lovely inside, both bar and restaurant, and the staff are friendly and professional. Our bedroom was huge, everything was spotlessly clean and the room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We had an absolutely first class stay (we were there to watch rugby followed by shopping).

「Fine.」
+We have been coming to this hotel for quite a while and have stayed here many time and it always suits our needs. The location is great, parking (£18 per 24hrs) just below the hotel, the staff are great and the price is usually reasonable.
−The smell of damp upon entering the room (the first time we have ever had that). The view was of the roof and solar panels. The price of a 125ml glass of Sauvignon Blanc -£12! We have always eaten at the hotel, but this time, we noticed the prices were much higher, and a 12.5% service charge was automatically added! Our servers were really great, but we are not keen on the changes in the restaurant as regards the increase in prices. The food was nice, as it has always been, but the cost will possibly prohibit us from eating here from now on.
