−The grout was filthy and there was mold everywhere in the bathroom. The sink was also dirty and the rooms were dated. I had to use tissue to cover the seat bc the plastic on the toilet was damaged and stained. Nasty nasty NASTY

+The courtyard Marriott is by far my favorite place to stay. The employees are the biggest reason courtyard Marriott is my go-to of hotels. The hotel is beautiful the rooms are always clean and very comfortable. I would recommend the courtyard by Marriott 100%.

「Disappointed and over priced for cleaning nonexistent.」
+Location
−Lots of moisture in the air needs and upgrade. Seems to be a lot of odd traffic. And over priced for the experience. I had to move hotels early.

「Disappointing and overpriced for what was on offer. No value for the money.」
+The snack bar was good
−-the stains on the couch and ottoman -the microwave didn’t work and had to be replaced -the toilet kept running -bed was uncomfortable -pillows we lumpy and worn -the air conditioner was really loud -sliding door for the balcony was hard to open -the internet was out over an entire night -the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall in the bathroom -the carpet was dirty -the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body soap smelled too strong (nauseating) -We had to repeatedly ask to have the room cleaned -they charged the wrong credit card for the holding charge after I asked for the charge to be placed on a specific card.
