「Really Great! Totally book!」
+Everything. The room we had was a two-room suite, The front room was a living room and had a tv, minibar and some comfy chairs. Not sure why but they must've just washed the carpets because the carpeting was all wet. but that just goes to say that they are keeping things clean for guests. I was traveling with my brother so he could have some rest and respite for something that was coming up. He slept in the bedroom part and, because I got it for him, I slept on the couch, which was also nice, probably not as nice as the bed but still very suitable. He absolutely loved the comfort of the bed, the hot tub and the shower. The bathroom was immaculate. The towels were soft and the spa robe was so comfy and warm. I actually bought one when I got home. The lotion they had on the spa tub I also now use at home. Front desk attendants were so polite and professional and very accommodating. I had to leave my bag at the front desk after checking out because I couldn't get my rental until later that afternoon and could not take it to the event. I was able to come back and get it later on that day, I would definitely book here if I travel back that way. Thank you so much Copper Boutique.
−There wasn't breakfast, they have a restaurant, but they don't serve breakfast. We were not there for lunch, and we did not feel like eating dinner when we got there the night before. But I am sure that was probably also excellent.

「We appreciated the location on College Ave,」
+We did not have the box breakfast. I don't think the hotel was serving breakfast that weekend. The desk staff was helpful with recommendations.
−There was a dirty paper cup left on the coffee counter the first day. We had to ask to have the coffee counter replenished.

「One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in in the USA!」
+absolutely awesome property, people, and vibe. The robes in room are lovely, the beds are plush, every single item in the room feels high quality. I stayed there with my service dog and they even offer a pet package with a dog bed, bowls, and very cute welcome notes with information on dog parks in the area. I loved this place through and through.
−I prefer when hotel rooms have a small bottle of lotion available. this is a small request.

「Great value and alternative if you're staying at Appleton, WI」
+We were there for Oshkosh - the busiest time of the year. The hotel is situated in downtown Appleton a very popular choice for GA pilots who prefer to avoid the busy Wittman Field airspace during the show. The hotel offers very comfortable rooms and reasonable rates and is walking distance from many restaurants and cafes in downtown. The staff is nice and accommodating. Overall good value for the money!
−No breakfast room but the hotel offers a breakfast box for $7. There's a restaurant and bar at the hotel. Would have been nice to use them for breakfast as well. I'm sure people would pay more for a decent breakfast!

「Very disappointing. This used to be my favorite place to stay when I come to town.」
+The property’s location and furnishings are of good quality.
−The toilet seat was broken, the toilet was very dirty, and this is now the second time that I paid double for parking. The front desk informed me it was $6 for parking. After staying there last week and paying $12, I confirmed again before this stay that it was supposed to be $6, which they verified. Despite this… I was charged $12 again.

「Wonderful hotel to stay at」
+Very safe, well lighted, being able to park next to hotel was awesome and being downtown you could walk everywhere!
−The restaurant and bar were closed Sunday and Monday! Really inconvenient to try to find a place for hot breakfast Monday morning! When booking was not informed of this!
