+Sergio! He was very helpful.
−We had 2 rooms at $80 USD per night and this is what we got: 1. Room cleaned ONCE in the 3 nights we were there. 2. Hot water turned on and off just to take a shower that trickled at best. 3. NO WATER PRESSURE. 4. Toilet flushed with 1 cup of water. 5. Had a Hot shower ONCE coz they forgot to turn on the heater most of the time. 6. We were overcharged by 2000 Mexican Pesos.

−Falta de mantenimiento, no servían las luces del cuarto. Mala calidad en cerraduras, caja de seguridad deficiente, mala ventilación, piscina sucia. El descriptivo de la habitación menciona qué tiene desayuno por un monto y no tienen el servicio disponible. Menciona qué tiene balcón y terraza pero la habitación no incluye eso. Las camas son muy incómodas.

「Cute but no wifi, and needs a lot of maintenance」
+The pool area is cute and the staff are nice
−The address and location sent me to a completely different place, the wifi never worked, theres no hot water, almost no light in the room, the noise from the second floor to the first was way too much, there were ice blocks falling in the bed from the ac, the mattress was on pretty bad shape, and there were quite a few bugs in the room.
+Доброжжелательность персонала, подсказали где перекусить, дали дополнительно 2 бутылки воды
−Ванная комната могла бы быть чище, кровати достаточно жесткие

「We were almost the only guests so that was cool. Great breakfast/lunch place nearby Cafe France.」
+The staff were so friendly and helpful. The place is cute. It's not high end but it's very clean and there are some nice Frida touches!

+Las instalaciones,solo que se fue el agua varias veces,el suelo estaba muy mojado,una de las cabañas,tenía la coladera tapada y se inundó el baño..

+Ruhiger Aufenthalt, sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption
−Es gab keine Moskitonetze am Bett oder an der Tür. Dafür gab es viele Moskitos. Wir mussten im geschlossenen Raum schlafen, was bei der Hitze ätzend war.
+La tranquilidad del lugar
+Estaria bien, que pudieran fumigar, ya que habia muchas hormigas que caian del techo. Salieron dos Cucarachas en la habitación.
