「Disgusting. Left after first night of a 4 night stay」
+Location
−It smelled disgusting, there was food in the sink, hairs in the bathroom. We had to buy disinfectant and clean it before we could stay. The window didn’t lock and the TV didn’t work.

+Good location good parking studio old style but clean and tidy.
−No staff visible no reception desk just vacant studios with all comms via msg or email. Never saw cleaners either.

−Photos on booking site are not what you get. There were sheets, rubbish and underwear thrown around the whole place, outside units on the grass. Balcony was rotten away and a whole tray of cigarette butts was left. Cupboards were smeared with a brown substance and ants were in kitchen and in kettle. The toilet had paper in it and faeces still on toilet bowl. We refused to stay and demanded a refund. After many many phone calls and hours on hold, we finally received our refund. Do not recommend. Place looks nothing like the photos

+Great lay out, close to everything and lots of space.
−It wasn’t clean when we got there. There was a clothes tag on the floor in the bathroom from someone else. There was also bits of stuff on the carpet, hadn’t been vacuumed properly.
+Close to town. Clean and quiet. Rooms were large and had everything we needed.

−Dated facility. Needs a revamp. Asked staff to empty outside ashtray but didn’t get done
+There was not one thing to like about this place.
−This place was absolutely foul, from the moment we turned into the parking lot the place looked like it had never been maintained, the grass was dead and full of weeds and Bindi which was a vast comparison to the lush bright green grass advertised on their pictures. The rubbish bins were overflowing. Then when we walked to our room before opening the door there was rubbish outside scattered around, someone's q-tip in front of our door. Where do I start with the inside of the room, it was just as disgusting. Then when we opened the room up it stunk. The area around the stove had bugs and the stove itself looked dirty. There were suspicious stains on the lounge, There were dead bugs all over the floor, inside the window tracks, on the window sills not to mention cockroach droppings along there right above where one of the beds where. There was mould and paint missing from along the windows, the courtyard patio advertised was literally a patch of dirt with some pavers. We booked the family executive room and it was so bad we couldn't even stay there. We ended up leaving within an hour or so of arriving. The photos online are deceptive and make the place look nice when it isnt. I would

「For the amount we had to pay for our stay I expected a lot more.」

−No onsite staff. When we arrived I expected to see a reception for our check in… nothing. At this stage we had no idea of our room number or entry code, they were supposed to text me the details but of course forgot to do that! Luckily there was a customer there that gave us a contact number and finally got the text after waiting. The establishment was very run down and needed a good facelift. The bathroom was antiquated and very basic…even included an exposed sewer pipe from the apartment above so that we had the pleasure of listening to each toilet flush. There were no hooks to hang the clothes on when showering.

−It was dirty, there was food on the floors, the bathroom wasn’t clean, old paper towels in the bedside table. Would never recommend it.

「NOT HAPPY」

−Everything , the bed was uncomfortable and it seemed to sag to one side , the TV doesn't work properly neither does the remote , Not one bin had any room in to fit rubbish in all were overflowing and stunk , When I first arrived the room stunk , couldn't cook anything as the rooms have no exhaust fans and only a frying pan for cooking on a 2 burner cook top . What's the point of an office if its not used.. There is nothing about this place that says apartment its literally just an overpriced hotel room . This place is definitely not worth what i paid for the week
