「Cimici da letto nelle camere - Esperienza pessima!」

−Esperienza estremamente negativa e soggiorno completamente rovinato dalla presenza di cimici da letto. Tre persone del nostro gruppo di otto hanno subito numerose punture in due camere diverse, con conseguenti problemi fisici, necessità di acquistare medicinali, lavare gli indumenti e adottare precauzioni per evitare di portare le cimici nelle nostre case attraverso vestiti e valigie. La situazione ha coinvolto inevitabilmente tutto il gruppo, costringendoci a perdere tempo tra farmacie, lavanderie e gestione dei bagagli, compromettendo la serenità e l’organizzazione della vacanza. Trovo inaccettabile soggiornare in una struttura con un problema igienico così grave, soprattutto per le conseguenze che può avere anche dopo il rientro a casa. Un’esperienza davvero pessima, che ha trasformato una vacanza in una fonte di stress e preoccupazione. Assolutamente sconsigliata.

+We had a fantastic time at Barbarella Suite and would highly recommend it, especially for couples. Federica was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient. We arrived late at night for check-in, and she waited an extra 30 minutes for us without any fuss , her warmth and helpfulness right from the start made us feel so well looked after. The suite itself was perfect. The hammam steam room and Jacuzzi were pure relaxation after a day of exploring, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The location is excellent , central, convenient, and ideal for walking to the main sights. Everything felt intimate and well-suited for a couples’ getaway. Thank you, Federica, for making our stay so special!

+Die Lage war super.
−Massiver Bettwanzenbefall. Ursprünglich hatte ich die Unterkunft für vier Nächte gebucht. Nach nur einer Nacht musste ich sie jedoch wegen eines massiven Bettwanzenbefalls in meinem Zimmer verlassen. Die Nacht habe ich größtenteils auf dem Boden und in einem Sessel an der Rezeption verbracht - von Schlaf konnte natürlich keine Rede sein. Ich wurde mehrfach gebissen, und Teile meiner Kleidung waren kontaminiert und mussten noch vor Ort beziehungsweise später entsorgt werden. Den Befall habe ich mit Fotos und Videos dokumentiert und die Beweise umgehend per WhatsApp an die Mitarbeiterin geschickt, die für meinen Online-Check-in zuständig war. Dass mitten in der Nacht niemand erreichbar war, hätte ich noch nachvollziehen können. Dass aber auch am nächsten Morgen und im weiteren Tagesverlauf keine Kommunikation zustande kam, ist für mich völlig unverständlich. Die Mitarbeiterin meldete sich später zwar zurück und war persönlich freundlich, erklärte jedoch, sie sei „just a receptionist“ und weder für die Kostenerstattung zuständig noch in der Lage, den Kontakt zur Administration herzustellen. Bis heute hat sich niemand von der Unterkunft bei mir gemeldet. Auch die Rückerstattung der 127

+A causa di un ritardo del treno ho perso l'ultimo aliscafo della giornata e ho dovuto prenotare un B&B vicino al porto per rientrare più comodamente il giorno dopo. Federica è stata disponibilissima e cordiale: mi ha contattata subito verso le 21:00 fornendomi tutte le indicazioni precise per il check-in. Tutto perfetto! La struttura è vicinissima sia al porto sia alla metro Toledo. Consigliato!

「Perfetto」
+Siamo stati a Napoli 3 giorni per un weekend e Barbarella Suite é stato fondamentale per poterci muovere in autonomia. 3 minuti a piedi da via toledo e tutte le fermate metro annesse, e dalla stazione centrale della funicolare. stazione taxi proprio sotto casa. Posizione Top. Il personale è stato cordialissimo, Federica é stata super disponibile e non ha mancato un giorno nel chiederci se fosse tutto ok e se avessimo bisogno di qualcosa. Struttura pulita, funzionale accogliente e perfetta in tutto. CONSIGLIATISSIMA

「Super lage」
+Das Zimmer war an einem Zentralen Ort, mann muss 10cent für den Aufzug haben da die Unterkunft im 9 Stock ist. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber.
