+The hotel is in a good location. It is situated in a quiet residential environment.
−Some of the facilities are getting old. Especially the toilet.

+Review of Aveon Hotel - Executive Room I recently stayed at Aveon Hotel in one of their Executive Rooms. The room was spacious and clean, which I appreciated. However, there were several areas where my experience fell short of expectations. Unfortunately, the DSTV channels were not working, and both the television and the refrigerator in the room were not functioning properly. The restaurant service was also very slow, which made the dining experience frustrating. Additionally, the hotel did not have ice cubes available despite our repeated requests, and there seemed to be no effort to purchase or provide them. One of my biggest concerns was the hotel's accessibility. The lift was not working, and guests had to climb several flights of stairs to reach their rooms. This makes the hotel particularly challenging for guests with disabilities, elderly guests, or anyone with mobility difficulties. Overall, while the Executive Room was spacious and clean, the issues with room facilities, slow restaurant service, lack of basic amenities, and poor accessibility significantly affected my stay. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements to provide gu

「Restful, quiet, peaceful.」
+The hotel staff were friendly, kind and welcoming to me and my guests. In my exchange with them, I felt quite comfortable, safe and well taken care of. Obi, on airport transfer, was a very calm and welcoming presence to be received by on arrival in Nigeria. Lydia and Kelvin at the front desk did an excellent job throughout, from welcoming me to supporting me with liaising with management; great knowledge of amenities and seamless sorting out of the extension of my stay. The restaurant staff as well, gentle and kind in how they attended to me and my guests as we worked through the menu; patient when they knock on the door for room delivery; sweetly buzzing my intercom reminding me that breakfast is about to end if I was yet to order my complementary breakfast. The security, laundry staff and other support staff were also very timely and professional in the delivery of their duties. Everyone there listens. They really listen and they deliver. There was an unmistable air of everyone being interested in my comfort and those of the other guests. It is hard to not feel secure and happy when there is a gentle and polite assurance from the team on ground.
−I had a great and peaceful time at Aveon.
+It was a very nice place to stay
