「Location was really good, the staff were helpful.」
+The location and staff.
−Unfortunately we book 2 accommodation and specific we do not have keys. They gave us one good but the other one state was really bad. Had hair everywhere even in the bed and had someone boxers to underneath the bed. Very unfortunate as this indeed did ruin our stay. The reception could not rehouse us as all other places were full.

「Other than the TV it was a very nice stay, staff are lovely.」
+Perfect location for walks & canal fishing
−A very outdated TV, that old it hasn't even got a HD channel. Definitely need to get with the times with a smart TV for streaming channels for the kids.

「Very relaxed」
+It was very relaxing, bit of a home from home feel.
−I’d have liked a bigger area fenced off for the dog to roam about. Each time she needed a wee we had to take her out on the lead.

「Lovely base to explore」
+Great having 1 bedroom & bathroom downstairs for elderly parent. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony & dog friendly accommodation with lovely treats provided.
−The hob, kept going off and on, possibly wrong pans for halogen?

「Great would recommend」
+Amazing place to stay, so central to the lakes and surrounding areas. Accommodation was great, clean and tidy with a great view of the boats. Near the motorway but still peaceful. Had small issue with a blind and toilet but was dealt with quickly with no issue. Would recommend to other travellers.
