「Perfect」
+Enough space, perfect for a family on vacation on a budget. The staff were very much respectful. Loved the service and I also loveddd the view.
−It’s too dusty which is understandable since there’s a construction going on around the area, but duvet wasn’t washed,it had blood stain on it. The mattress is soo thin, not very comfortable at all,the couch in the dining room is soo stiff too. The carpet in the sitting room almost took my leg out bcz it’s slippery.

「Kind and Efficient but cold」
+The property was well maintained and clean. Staff were lovely and quick to assist with issues
−Unfortunately we never got our heater fixed and as such it was quite a cold stay which we had to buy extra blankets to get through

「We stayed at your apartments for : weeks Christmas 2025 and found the apartment exceptional and recommended it to friend」
+Location
−Not clean. Not enough kitchen ware. Plates and cups chopped. All chairs stained. Had to go and buy my own frypan. Only lids in cupboard no saucepans. No oven tray.

「property has gone down hill in recent times.」
+I have stayed here several times since it opened. The property is conveniently located close to rail and bus and this time i had a car park allocated without paying additional.
−Maintenance is lacking. When I arrived the WiFi and TV did not work but maintenance fixed that issue. The common areas were not well maintained or cleaned, there was rubbish on the floor of the basement lift lobbies, and in the hallways at the accommodation floors. The intercom did not work and i had to go downstairs to collect food deliveries. Management need to make more time to ensure that the property is maintained at a higher level and cleaning staff need to pay more attention to maintenance issues in the units and in common areas. The air conditioning is very under-rated for the size of the apartment and really only warms the main loungeroom.
