+The structure of the apartment was super convenient, it has dishwasher, oven, fridge, heater, AC, hair drier whatever you can ask for. Also the location was perfect with access to public transport.
−The only downside was lack of elevator, we had to climb up to 2nd floor with luggages.

+El departamento que nos tocó era amplio, limpio, con camas cómodas
−La ubicación, era un poco alejada de las atracciones; sobre la misma calle hay varios locales nocturnos para adultos. Tener en cuenta que hay departamentos en segundo piso SIN ascensor. El departamento no contaba con ningún tipo de tostadora de pan. Las plantas de plástico en balcones y patios deslucen la antigüedad del edificio

+Sehr modern eingerichtet ohne den Charme des alten Gebäudes zu schmälern. Toller Parkettboden. Toller Innenhof. Viel Platz. Tolle Athmosphäre. Gute Lage.
−Parkplatzsituation schwierig. Intensiver unangenehmer Geruch im Bad.

−The location is excellent. If the aquipmnet were a bit more luxurious, the apartment would be excellent. We stayed for 5 days with 3 children and found some basic items missing,for example, the TV remote didn't work, there was no kitchen cloth for cleaning, and there was nowhere to hang towels, etc.
