+Amazing stay
+The room itself was not up to standard dirty floors, and a musty smell that didn’t go away. Noise was another major issue, a loud sound system was playing for the entire night. I won’t be staying here again and wouldn’t recommend it to others.

„Rum Runners? Run away from this resort”
+From the parties every Sunday going on until “3am or 4am” in the morning, to the so-called chef who wasn’t set up for breakfast, nor had on uniform, this place is a complete shamble of a hotel. A resort? Think again. We were told about an event going on until the morning at check-on on a Sunday evening, which we couldn’t do anything about. The music is so loud you don’t have to be physically present to hear it. Better still, they didn’t bother to clean up the next morning, nor was any breakfast area set up. The chef didn’t even have any of the basics e.g milk on this occassion to make us coffee. Cigarette butts and bottle lids from the night before were in and around the pool, which was also dirty. Going back to our room, the shower handle and tap were both broken. The front door to the room malfunctioned once we had left the room and tried to go back in. The toilet didn’t flush and all under an umbrella of a so-called Resort. We complained to the front desk receptionist at the time and said we would be checking out and asked about a refund. They said we “should” get a refund. After multiple attempts, the resort would not provide a refund for the booking via Hotels.com. Rum Runners

+The property unfortunately was one of the worst I've ever seen. The property looks nothing like the pics, definitely photoshopped. My door did not lock from the inside, yes from inside. The chain broke when I flushed the toilet, when I went to fix it there were small crabs in the tank. The headboard of the bed had all types of stains!! Needless to say I requested a refund and Immediately checked out.

+I booked a 5 night stay at Rum Runners and absolutely loved the property. Chin at the front desk made check in a breeze. Bed and linens were very comfortable!! The entire staff was so helpful and amazing! Michael at the bar was top notch, chef chin and chef taylor absolutely delicious local cooking! My favorites were the oxtail, curry goat and the curry chicken. Sammy in housekeeping does an amazing job keeping the room fresh. Omar is the security on the property and is top notch. The pool was very clean!! This is a real Jamaican Vibe!!

+The property does not have a clear bold entrance poster in order to find it you have to check the positioning of another property across the road on the map. -The front desk person was accepting with good attitude, but information that was not given on the app about a holding/ damage fee would be a plus so that persons can be aware. -The breakfast when leaving could not be found whereas these information can be given by the front desk clerk. Early checkout was not possible as there was no one at the entrance gate nor front desk at 7:30am. Ambiance outside bathroom window was messy The doors need a bit sound proof and fixing as if any activities of persons in other rooms was loud, whether knocking, fuss, intimacy etc are loud. Lock unstable on door, need safety measure inside to secure doors. -Room need ventilation and air refreshener as there's a moldy smell. -No TV common/other channels were accessible. Overall I would give the property a 5/10 just for the bathroom as it's new with hot water.
