+The property is in excellent condition. The location is great! It’s right in front of Marino mall and great for kids. The staff is kind and Sri Lankan hospitality is just not compatible to other places. Truly this place made our trip more enjoyable. We stayed 10 days and it was the best!

„Ok only”
+Many amenities such as gas stove, lights, safe, cooker hood, water heater needed to be attended to after we had checked in. Other than this the apartment was clean and spacious. The plaster ceiling was damaged possibly from a leak.

„Clean and spacious rooms”
+Big, spacious apartments. However, not everything was in working condition. Had to call housekeeping for hot water, gas cooker, kitchen condiments replenishment and safes in the rooms needed to be changed. Service was good, easy check in and out Location was good with a mall and supermarket within walking distance.

„A very large suite at a regular room rate”
+Excellent space and value for money for this 3 bedroom apartment. Kitchen doesn’t come with utensils but cheap to buy if you need them. Gym is too plain and pool is small but refreshing.
