+Quite simply said - do not book this property. The rooms are ridiculously small and expensive. We booked the signature room which is the biggest and still it was like a shoebox. For one person is fine, but definitely not 2 people. Terrible service. I asked for an extra duvet a week before check in, but there was nothing there. Asked the reception 3 times, it never got there. The cleaning staff left a used cleaning towel next to the sink.. Not sure if they actually cleaned the room. Terrible terrible hotel.

„A terrific gem!”
+A wonderful experience staying here! The hotel is very modern and the room was very clean and everything was brand new. Super location, making it easy to get around. Metro was 3 min walk away. The staff were delightful, so helpful and welcoming. On top of this, the rate meant this was also extremely good value for money. Absolutely loved this hotel. Will be back!

„Hotel from hell!!”
+Worst hotel experience. No night stand. Completely not user friendly. Receptionist is clueless. The room is ridiculously small. I messaged them a week before to ask for 2 duvets but only one is there. When I asked she said she will do her best yet no duvet showed up at all. All around just really really awful hotel. Do not book it!!! Beware!!!

+The bedroom is small but well appointed. I loved the form mattress and got a good night’s sleep. The ambiance is tranquil and the reception smelled great. Best of all was Kareem whose welcome and help made the stay so pleasant. When we found that our room was just beneath the rooftop bar and subject to late night noise, Kareem immediately changed our room with no fuss. We never made it to the rooftop bar and the many bad reviews it gets made it no big deal. I bet the hotel would get way better ratings if it could remedy the poor service reported.

„3Nächte in Lyon”
+Im Stadtzentrum gelegen mit super Anbindung an Metro. Parkplatz für Motorrad vor der Haustür. Für Auto ev. kompliziert, da in einer Umweltzone.Lyon ist eine Reise Wert.

„Best location and Value in Lyon”
+Great stay that over delivered for the price. Location was amazing and right next to metro station. Great shower, comfortable bed, coffee and water complimentary, extremely friendly staff, and a roof deck with a view. 100% stay here and dont look elsewhere.
