„Disappointed”
+Location was best part.
−Cleanliness was poor, outdoor balcony was covered in paint chips and grime. Beds were not comfortable and overall for money not good value.

+Location was good
−It was dirty. Behind the furniture looked like it hadn’t been dusted for a very long time. We pushed one bed against the wall so our 3 year old would fall out and had to vacuum the whole room. There was food and rubbish and so much dust under the bed. The main bedroom mattress was old and uncomfortable and the bed it self was extremely noisy.

„We were very underwhelmed with what we got as opposed to what it looked like on the website.”
+We loved the view and the family of 5 magpies and their beautiful songs plus the lone crow who was our alarm clock each morning.
−Not very clean in alot of places, front wooden cover of dishwasher door fell off when I opened it the first time, no bodywash or shampoo in either bathroom but they have dispenser in both, no laundry detergent, one toilet roll for each toilet for the week we stayed, someone's old toothbrush down the side of the sink in main bathroom, nowhere to put groceries apart from fridge and bench, past guests lost items still under cushions on couch and heatpump doesn't work. Very disappointed that we had to supply the basics of what other places have always supplied.
