„Schöne Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer”
+Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Meer. Man hört das Meeresrauschen. Eine sehr ruhige Unterkunft. Es war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Alles war vorhanden. Auch die Restaurants in der Nähe waren super. Der Supermarkt liegt im nächsten Ort, ist mit dem Auto gut erreichbar.

„What a place!”
+A spacious, super clean and well equipped apartment, where the only (calming) sound you can hear is the sound of rolling waves. There is a balcony with direct view at sea and the enormous public roof terrace (offering wide angle views on cliffs, sea, banana plantations and lovely orange sunsets!) takes 2 seconds to enter. Oh, and the hosts are really friendly and communicative. Highly recommended this place! Apartamento perfeito!

„Brilliant stay in super setting…wished it could be longer.”
+Brilliant location, clean and well presented. Kitchen really well equipped. Brilliant sofa bed provided in the lounge which was very comfy.
−No air con and overhead fan just swished hot air around, no netting on windows so lots of mozzies, no proper curtains or blinds so rooms stayed light, especially the lounge which we used as an extra bedroom with the sofa bed. Knob on shower tricky to use to switch between shower and tap.

„A quiet, remote, comfortable, and convenient place.”
+These apartments are ready for you to move in and live comfortably, with everything you need and more. There are cups, forks, spoons, an oven, microwave, toaster and everything else. You could list what you have in your own apartment, and these apartments would likely have it. They even had foldable chairs for taking to the beach and watching the sunset. The apartments are not located in the busiest part of Madeira, which might be seen as a downside for some, but we enjoyed the peace and quiet, with cars passing by only once every 20 minutes and the constant sound of waves outside the window. There are three restaurants within walking distance, and the nearest supermarket is a 10-15 minute drive away, so you get both tranquility and distance from city life. We later moved to a hotel in Funchal and missed these apartments.
−The only downside I would mention is the parking space, or rather, the parking space itself is definitely a plus. However, its location in the underground parking made me recall my driving lessons. It wasn't easy, but I managed. It's not that big of a downside, but I should mention something here.
