+The flat is well equipped and convenient for the train station. Directions for pedestrians could be clearer: Go uo Wote St to the end and turn left. You will see Anchor Court on the left. Go beyond that about 20 yards and turn left down the alley. You will find the pedestrian gate there. The code doesn't seem to work but you can put your hand through the gate and open it. The key box is on the rt hand wall. The lifts don't work!

+A great place to stay when you go to Basingstoke, you go out from the bulding and you're directly in the city centre. Everything we needed we found in the flat, very good contact with the owners.
−The only thing is that it looked like no one for a long time has cleaned the floor, other than that, all good!

+Secure parking which was great as the accommodation is in middle of town. Everything you need for short stay. Very clean, nice bedding and heating if needed. It was 10 minutes from anvil theatre which was perfect. Host was easy to contact to clarify where the accommodation was.

+Apartment was clean and great for the two of us..the hosts were great and nothing was too much trouble.
−The general walkways into and out of the apartment block were very dirty/stained and smelly..unpleasant considering the apartment itself was clean and fresh.
