10.0“LANIAKEA = IMMEASURABLE HEAVEN - ( Hawaiian word what is Thai equivalent?)”
+Artistic aesthetics and kind owners who love keeping the gardens extra well tended. The water is never cold and has a gentle rocking quality very clean blue and multicolored fish that follow sometimes as you swim. Restaurant has friendly genuine staff…good hot chips…,all good food the fish congee soup I tried was best. I always stay a month. Love!

8.0“Comfortable seafront bungalow, beautiful view, clear sea water.”
+The sea is really transparent in the beach. Beautiful view, spacious room, kind and cheerful staff, good massage. I liked the breakfast- , fruits, different eggs and then choice of thai rice and some meat dish.
−The sea brings quite a lot of rubbish to the beach, bigger plastic pieces are collected but a lot of small plastic pieces still there. Unfortunately smoking is allowed in the restaurant area - it is really not nice, you should ban it - it pleases few but bothers many. The boat trips are good value but once you get to a place like Maya bay, you see how overly crowded the places are. Luckily swimming is banned there now, hope more places will be protected from people and over tourism.

1.0“A deeply disappointing stay with unreliable internet, poor customer service, uncomfortable accommodation, and a complete”
+The beachfront location and sunset views were beautiful. Unfortunately, these positives were overshadowed by the poor service and other serious problems during our stay.
−I genuinely do not understand why this resort has such high ratings. The Wi-Fi did not work, and the mobile hotspot provided was too unreliable to use. We had to spend around an hour walking through the forest to Viewpoint 2 to access the internet and arrange our travel plans. When it became dark, we asked the resort for a pickup because we were afraid to walk back through the forest, but they quoted THB 300 per person. We eventually had to seek help from a local resident, and nobody from the resort even checked whether we had returned safely. The manager’s attitude was very disappointing, and we felt our concerns were dismissed rather than addressed. We were also assigned one of the smallest and darkest bungalows. Despite apparently having vacant bungalows, the resort refused to let us move, even when we offered to pay extra. The air conditioner directly above the bed made us cold at night, and when we requested an extra blanket, we were given a bedsheet instead. The resort’s remote location also makes excursions inconvenient and expensive, as longtail boat transfers to Tonsai Pier cost THB 150 per person each way, and the boat schedule does not align well with many tours. 6.0+Einzigartige, sehr abgelegene Lage.
